Cathedral window candies

Named for the stained-glass look of the colored marshmallows once sliced — a striking, no-bake holiday candy.

You'll need

• 2 cups chocolate chips, melted
• 3 cups multicolored mini marshmallows
• ½ cup chopped nuts (optional)
• Shredded coconut, for rolling

How to make them

1. Stir marshmallows and nuts into melted chocolate until evenly coated.
2. Divide onto sheets of plastic wrap and shape into logs; roll in coconut.
3. Twist the ends of the wrap and chill until firm, at least 2 hours.
4. Slice into rounds to reveal the "stained glass" pattern.
