Christmas candy
A simple, flexible candy mix you can adjust to whatever's in the pantry — a good one to make in bulk for gift tins.
You'll need
- 2 cups chocolate chips, melted
- 1 cup mixed nuts
- 1 cup dried cranberries or cherries
- ½ cup pretzel pieces
How to make it
- Stir the nuts, dried fruit and pretzels into melted chocolate.
- Spread onto a parchment-lined sheet in an even layer.
- Chill until fully set, about 1 hour.
- Break into pieces and store in an airtight tin.
