Christmas delight candy

A chewy, coconut-forward candy with a bit of cherry running through it — a nice change of pace from another chocolate bark.

You'll need

• 1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
• 2 cups shredded coconut
• ½ cup chopped maraschino cherries, well drained

How to make it

1. Mix all ingredients together until well combined.
2. Press into a parchment-lined 8x8 pan.
3. Chill until firm, about 2 hours.
4. Cut into small squares to serve.
