Christmas relish tree

A vegetable tray arranged into a tree shape — a healthy, colorful appetizer that still fits the holiday table's theme.

You'll need

• Broccoli florets, for the "branches"
• Cherry tomatoes and yellow bell pepper strips, for ornaments
• A star-shaped cheese or pepper cutout, for the topper
• A platter and a small bowl of dip

How to make it

1. Arrange broccoli florets in a triangular tree shape on the platter, largest pieces at the base.
2. Tuck cherry tomatoes and pepper strips throughout as "ornaments."
3. Place the star cutout at the top of the tree.
4. Set the dip bowl beside the tree as a "gift" at its base.
