Melt-and-pour soap base makes this an easy, beginner-friendly craft that still results in a genuinely nice gift.

You'll need

• Melt-and-pour soap base
• Soap-safe fragrance oil (peppermint, pine, or gingerbread)
• Soap-safe color (a few drops red or green)
• Silicone molds

How to make them

1. Melt the soap base in a microwave-safe container in short bursts, stirring between each.
2. Stir in fragrance oil and color once melted.
3. Pour into molds and let set at room temperature for 1–2 hours.
4. Pop out of the molds and wrap individually for gifting.
