Kahlua baked ham
Coffee liqueur adds a deep, slightly bitter edge that balances the ham's natural sweetness beautifully.
You'll need
- 1 fully-cooked bone-in ham (8–10 lbs.)
- ½ cup Kahlua
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
How to make it
- Bake the ham tented with foil at 325°F, about 15 minutes per pound.
- Whisk together the Kahlua, brown sugar and mustard.
- Brush over the ham for the final 25 minutes of baking, uncovered, basting once more halfway through.
- Rest 15 minutes before slicing.
